Delivery options:
We are based in Berlin, Germany.
Pickup for in-store items is possible by appointment.
Delivery costs are calculated and displayed on each item’s page.
You can choose pickup, delivery within Germany, or delivery to Europe.

For shipping quotes to all other destinations outside Europe, please enquire via email. Import duties and taxes may incur.

Delivery TIME:
Delivery time within Germany is approx. 1–5 business days.
For European deliveries, estimated time is 5–14 business days.
Custom-made or larger items may take longer. You will receive an estimated delivery time after purchase

Delivery Damage Policy
If an item arrives damaged during transit, please send photos of the damage and packaging within 24 hours. These are essential to support a claim with the transport company. Without clear photographic evidence, a refund cannot be issued.
Once the returned item is received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you (or someone authorized by you) received the goods. To withdraw, send an email clearly stating your decision.

The buyer is liable for any damage or loss during return shipping.
Please use secure packaging and keep the receipt with tracking information.
In case of damage during transit, the buyer files a claim directly with the transport company.
We refund the item price (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the goods in their original condition.
The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is used beyond standard inspection.
